TZ court ignore a call for removing Luhaga Mpina from running for presidential posts following weeks of proceeding.
Former CCM MPs is allowed to continue pursuing for presidential post under ACT-Wazarendo, he is main opposition candidate to face Samia Suluhu Hassan.
Mpina left CCM few weeks ago after his name missed from CCM representative list, following acall from president Samia to remove him for failing to comply with their rules.
Mpina is known for his challenge questions to CCM administration, which make him vulnerable to be booted from CCM representatives.
A Month ago, we broke the news of his request move to ACT Wazarendo, with an option to run for presidential post after things fallout under CCM.
Despite of being confident of what he believes and challenges to former political party, he is in difficult situation of convincing Tanzanians, as many see his political party as one of among of CCM proxies to neutralize opposition in the country.
Many Tanzanians are seeing Chadema as only truly opposition party in the country, so, people see other parties are CCM proxies because they fail to side with Chadema to boycott the upcoming election.
